 It is a novel based on most important social issue "Obesity", " Rejection", and "Lust". A girl named Safa is 20 years old, lives with her rich grandfather because her parents died at her early childhood. Her grandfather forcefully ties the knot with his grandson (daughter's son). Daood is a young, intelligent, most handsome and successful bachelor. He lives in America and is very proud and idealistic. He doesn't like her cousin due to her " Obesity " and lack of education. After forced marriage he spent a one night stand and left her without any contact. Before leaving Pakistan he used to verbally abuse safa so much. Afterwards, safa got pregnant and gave birth to twins baby boy.
